1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using AuraFx ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Plugin.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use AuraFx subject to these terms:

• One license permits activation on up to 3 devices.
• The license is for personal or commercial use within your own projects.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Plugin.

3. BYOK Requirements

AuraFx requires you to provide your own Google Gemini API key ("BYOK" - Bring Your Own Key). You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining a valid Gemini API key from Google.
• Any costs or usage fees associated with the Gemini API.
• Compliance with Google's terms of service for the Gemini API.
• Keeping your API key secure and confidential.

4. Payment and Refunds

AuraFx is sold as a one-time purchase through Gumroad. Payment terms:

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we generally do not offer refunds.
• If you experience technical issues that prevent the Plugin from functioning, contact us for support or a potential refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Plugin uses AI to process and modify images. You acknowledge that:

• AI results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
• You retain ownership of your original images and any modifications made to them.
• We are not responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AuraFx to:

• Process images you do not have rights to modify.
• Generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AuraFx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI processing results depend on external services (Google Gemini) which are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Plugin, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Updates and Support

We may release updates to improve functionality or fix issues. While we strive to provide support, we do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Plugin and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
